Our Rewards Programme thanks you for being a loyal Silkbody customer! We want to say thank you to all our loyal fans for being such wonderful customers so when you shop online you will earn points for every dollar spent! You can then redeem those points when you shop with us next. You can earn points by shopping online at silkbody.co.nz or silkbodyonline.com.
How it works
All customers who have a Silkbody account are automatically enrolled in the Silkbody Rewards Programme when you place an order. If you are an existing customer, be sure to login to your account to ensure your reward points are credited to your account. If you are a new customer, please create an account and login when you make your first purchase to earn points.
Every $100 spent earns you 5 points. All purchases over $40 earn points. Earn points on all purchases and redeem them whenever you like! Easy! Points are even earned on sale items, so you are always rewarded for shopping.
You can use the points you earn as payment for purchases. 1 point = $1 to spend, so if you spend $200, and earn 10 points, you get $10 off your next order. When you shop next, choose the option Use my Reward point(s) at checkout to redeem your points.
Points expire after 180 days.
Checking your balance
To check your balance, login to your account anytime and click Rewards Points under My Account.
At checkout you will see the total rewards you have available to redeem. You can choose to use them to pay for purchases, or you may wish to leave them to build up.
Terms and Conditions
You must be logged in to receive points for your order, we do not manually add points to orders where the customer has not logged in.
If you return items for a refund, your rewards points for the original purchase will be deducted.
Only purchases made online will be eligible for points.
Reward points cannot be used to pay for shipping and/or the GST portion of the order (where applicable).
Purchases made at sales, cash sales or phone orders do not earn rewards points.
You can earn points at any of Silkbody’s online stores: Silkbody.co.nz and Silkbodyonline.com, as long as you login using the same email address each time.
Please note we reserve the right to change or end our rewards points program at any time.
The value of points may change in the future.
Rewards points are not redeemable for cash and are not transferable between customers.
