Delivery time: We endeavour to dispatch all orders on the day of placement. However during very busy times it may be sent the next business day. You will be kept up to date with the progress of your order by email. Your credit card is not charged until your order is dispatched. This way we can double-check that the item is in our stock before we charge you for it.
Free shipping within NZ
For orders being shipped to NZ addresses, no freight will be charged. Within NZ, orders are shipped with Post Haste couriers or TNT couriers. Orders will arrive at most destinations the next day, some smaller towns and rural delivery addresses may take 2-3 days.
International
Orders being shipped outside NZ will be charged freight. Rates are based on the quantity you order and the country you would like us to ship to. Please see the shipping rates and delivery targets below:
Zone A: Australia - $7.00 for the first item, $3.00 for each additional item. Target delivery in 3-6 days
Zone B: South Pacific - $10.00 for the first item, $5.00 for each additional item. Target delivery in 3-10 days
Zone C: East Asia and North America - $11.50 for the first item, $6.50 for each additional item. Target delivery in 4-10 days
Zone D: UK and Europe - $12.50 for the first item, $7.00 for each additional item. Target delivery in 4-10 days
Zone E: Rest of the World - $14.50 for the first item, $7.50 for each additional item. Target delivery in 5-10 days
For overseas orders we use the NZ Post Air service. While every legal effort is made to minimise import charges, individual countries may impose duties and taxes on your order. Any import charges are the responsibility of the purchaser
Returns Policy
The Silkbody Online Store will only accept returns for the following:
- Items damaged prior to delivery
- Items with manufacturing faults (excluding seconds, as these are known to have faults on purchase)
- Items supplied incorrectly
- Requests for exchange of size or colour of an item (excluding seconds). The original item must be in new condition and the return request must be made within 2 months of the original purchase date.
This policy observes obligations under the Fair Trading Act 1986 and the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

Please contact store@silkbody.co.nz if you wish to return an order. You will then receive instructions on how to return and a Return Authority number that must accompany any returns.
PLEASE NOTE: RETURNS WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORITY WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL BE RETURNED TO THE SENDER UNOPENED.
